This is a non-medical mask to use as an additional measure to keep yourself and others safe while reserving medical grade masks for front line workers. Whilst wearing you should still continue to practise social distancing.

Adapt to training with a face mask by placing extra focus on your breathing during your lifting workout. Make sure you focus on taking deeper, slower inhales through your nose, as well as slowing down your exhales. This will keep you from becoming too lightheaded or overly anxious about your breathing, while maximising oxygen delivery to your lungs, to benefit your lifting performance.
